About these terms

Welcome to Bondlyy. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Bondlyy website and app, and any companionship sessions you book through us. By creating an account, booking a session or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Bondlyy provides platonic social companionship. Company, conversation and shared activities. We are not a dating or introduction agency, and we are not a care, medical, therapy or emergency service.

Age restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, book a session, or apply to become a companion. A booking made on behalf of another adult may only be made by someone aged 18 or over, and only with that person's knowledge and consent.

Bondlyy does not provide companionship services for under-18s under any circumstances, including with parental consent.

• Companions working with older adults or vulnerable clients may be required to hold an appropriate DBS check before those bookings are assigned to them.

Bookings, verification & payment

Every booking starts as a request. Here's how it works:

• You submit a booking request with your details and preferences.
• We review your request and verify your identity using photo ID.
• Once your booking is confirmed and paid, chat with your companion opens.
• Payment is taken securely through our payment provider. Your card details are never stored by Bondlyy.

Cancellations & refunds

Life happens. Here's where everyone stands when a session can't go ahead:

• Cancel more than 48 hours before your session: full refund.
• Cancel 24–48 hours before your session: 50% refund.
• Cancel less than 24 hours before, or miss a session without notice: no refund.
• If Bondlyy or your companion cancels, you receive a full refund or a free rebooking. Your choice.

Subscriptions

Monthly plans are billed in advance each billing period and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.

Unused hours included in a plan do not roll over into the next billing period and are not refunded. Refunds for sessions cancelled under the policy above are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Prohibited services policy

Bondlyy is strictly platonic. The following are never part of a session, and requesting or pressuring for them may result in immediate removal from the platform:

• Romantic, sexual or intimate conduct of any kind
• Personal care. Washing, dressing, toileting or feeding
• Medical, nursing, medication management or therapy services
• Handling your finances, or acting as an attorney or deputy
• Lifting, manual handling or physical support with mobility
• Supplying alcohol, substances or medication
• Any illegal activity
• Requests outside the agreed session without prior arrangement

Your responsibilities

Treat your companion with the same respect you'd expect in return. Give accurate information when booking, keep arrangements you've committed to, and raise any concerns with us early.

Please don't share your companion's personal contact details outside the app. If an emergency arises during a session, call 999 first. Bondlyy is not an emergency service.

Liability

Bondlyy provides vetted, trained companions and takes its screening duties seriously, but sessions are social experiences shared between two adults. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bondlyy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, and continuing to use Bondlyy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
